woaH! hey!
Hehe, week four begins and I am contintually amazed at how the time is flying by. I feel like just yesterday Elder Bradshaw came here. Crazy! Well things are going well here. Temperatures are slowly cooling down. It makes for a VERy nice evening. Hehe, a good time to catch people taking walks. There are lots of exciting prospects right now, but it will take some work to get them going. Our main focus right now is a lady named Paloma. She is very ready and very sweet. We have interviews tomorrow which I am excited about. I always love the chance to talk with President Craig. This half of the transfer we are going to increase efforts in helping Elder Bradshaw learn the area and the people in case I go this next transfer. Funny story...yesterday we went to teach a man named Ignacio outside his house. It was turning dusk and he lives close to the fields. That means MOSQUITos. Hehe, there were hundreds of them The general ambience of the scene was buzzing mosquitos and slapping hands on arms and faces. It was pretty funny to me. During one of the times when Elder Bradshaw was speaking, I had a hard time noticing anything but us slapping ourselves every 2-3 seconds. Life is good as always. It can be that we if we focus ourselves on the right things. I know that God lives and that He and His son love us. The Spirit testifies of these things to me. I know that we have a living prophet today and I am so excited for the chance that I will have to hear from him and our other inspired leaders this weekend. Keep doin good and you'll keep feelin good! Take care!

Week 46 (No Other One...=w=)
Hi there!
Wow, well just a few weeks before Conference! I am VERY excited for that! I didn't get to write much last week and I apologize. I am in transfer #4 in Maricopa and defying the odds. Hehe, not really. It is just that all of the members that I was going. Elder Villlasenor went off to my old area of Queen Creek to join Elder Ries who came out with me. I was talking to Elder Ries and it sounds like the new members there are doing great. My new companion hails from Florida. His name is Elder Bradshaw. He is a very kind, very pure young missionary. He has very sincere desires to serve the Lord and develop his abilities in Spanish. Miracles are already coming about this transfer. On Sunday, we started teaching someone named Paloma, and yesterday, she committed to be baptized. I am excited to see what the next 4 1/2 weeks bring. Some other exciting stuff is that a lot of our good missionary-minded members are coming back from their vacations. It will be exciting to see what friends they can introduce to the gospel! All in all, things are looking great for this transfer. Tomorrow is Zone Conference and friday I get to have one of my good friends Elder Lee join us for the evening. I am excited. Next week will be the Temple so there are just great things in store. I hope all of you are doing well, and stretching yourselves to be what Heavenly Father has planned for you. Make space and priorities for Him in your life and you will be forever blessed. Thanks so much for all of your love and support! Until next week!

Week 44 (Boys of Summer)
Hello!
Well, I do not have much time today because the internet has been a little slower than usual, BUT I would quickly like to say hi! Last week we had a Baptism in Ajo! It was really a great moment in Cedar's life. This week we will be having a baptism in Maricopa for Monica. She will be getting baptized this weekend and her Mother should be following soon after. I am so excited for them because they are very ready. Next week are transfers, so I will be finding out if my stay here continues on to 6 months or if I move on to a new place. The work moves on always. One thing that I have learned is how the Lord can bless you precisely when he chooses. It is humbling to see that you have no control as to what goes on. All you can do is give all that you've got and pray that things happen. And they will, but on His time. I am grateful to be a servant of the Lord. When I sit back and think about that fact that I give all day, every day, to him, I find myself being happy and content because I know there is nothing better. I am so grateful to be able to give this time to my Heavenly Father and Savior. I hope that all is well with each of you and that you are always putting the right things in priority. Put Him first, and the rest follows. Take Care!!
